Had a great time at Hatun Inti Boutique! The view of the Urubamba River from my room was fine. The self-serve coffee was a lifesaver during the chilly nights, but the shower took ages to heat up. Would definitely recommend for a cozy stay!

Staying at the Hatun Inti Boutique was a pleasant experience. The room had a fantastic river view, making mornings especially nice. I appreciated the spaciousness and the very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day of exploring. Having the option for tea and coffee in the room was a delightful touch, especially during the chilly nights. Breakfast had a variety of seating options with lovely views, although I wish there were a few more choices to pick from. The location was superb, just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for going to Machu Picchu. Staff assistance with luggage was prompt and helpful too. On the downside, the bathroom lacked towel rails, which made it a bit inconvenient to hang up towels. Also, clearer instructions on using the jacuzzi would be nice. There were a few bugs in the room at night due to lights left on, so some mosquito repellent is advisable.

We stayed here with our large family and loved the beautiful rooms with a jacuzzi tub that added a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and providing tea and coffee options throughout our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, we could've used some blackout curtains for better sleep.

Our group had an amazing time at this hotel! The huge room with a river view was perfect for relaxing after hiking, and the breakfast was incredible. We even enjoyed quick service for an early omelet before heading to explore Huayna Picchu and the iconic ruins. A must-stay for friends visiting the area!
Unfortunately, the shower took quite a while to heat up, which was a bit frustrating while getting ready for our hikes.

great location but some noise issues
The hotel has a fantastic location. it took less than 5 minutes to walk from the train station. I enjoyed the self-serve coffee and hot water for tea during the chilly nights, and facing the river helped reduce noise from the busy town. Being so close to restaurants and bars enhanced our stay, making it easy to explore the area.
Despite the river view, some noise from the town was noticeable at times.
